The hotel is ok if your in Lisbon on business, but if you are a tourist there are better hotels closer to the main square and attractions. I would not recomend this hotel to anyone... The fitness facility, what a joke. More like a closet with 4 cardio machines and that is all. Some of the staff was very friendly and glad to help, but others truely had no business working in the customer service industry.

Great hotel at reasonable price; good location for business & tourism, nicer and larger rooms than most US members of this chain. Staff very helpful. Ask whether the filling buffet breakfast is included in your rate--mine was!

THIS HOTEL WAS RECOMMENDED BY A LOCAL. IT HAS BEEN RENOVATED IN THE SPRING OF 2006 AND IT IS VERY CLEAN AND HAS WELL DESIGNED ROOMS AND BATHROOMS.THE SERVICE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE. THERE IS A WONDERFUL CAFETERIA IN THE SAME BLOCK, WHICH WE USED EVERY MORNING. THE ONLY DRAWBACK IS THE DISTANCE FROM THE CENTER OF THE CITY: IT IS NOT A CLOSE WALK. BUT THE METRO WORKS. THE PARKING FOR THE HOTEL IS EXPENSIVE, BUT CONVENIENT. IT IS CLOSE TO THE FAMOUS CALOUSTE GULBENKIAN MUSEUM.
